Eggless Tutti Frutti Marble Cake


Ingredients

Flour-2 1/2 cup
Condensed milk -1 tin
Melted butter-1/2 cup
Orange juice- 150 ml
Vanilla essence- 2 tsp
Baking powder-2 tsp
Baking soda-1 tsp
Tutti frutti-2/3 cup

To marble cake
Cocoa powder-1 1/2 tsp 


Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C .Take a loaf pan oil all the sides and dust it with flour.
  • In a bowl sift the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder and baking soda). Add tutti frutti and mix well.
  • Mix all the wet ingredients in a bowl ( condensed milk, butter, orange juice and vanilla essence).
  • Slowly pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix to form a smooth batter.
  • Keep aside 1 cup of the above batter and add cocoa powder to it and give a good mix.
  • Pour the rest of the batter into greased loaf pan. Above this pour the cocoa mixed batter and run fork around to create patterns.
  • Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes or until the toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Let it cool, invert it over the plate and slice it.
