Ingredients
Tomatoes -3 chopped
Penne pasta- 2 cups cooked
Sliced onion-1
Red bell pepper-1/2 chopped
Milk-1/2 cup
Cream- 2 tbsp
Cheese spread-2 tbsp
Salt- to taste
Italian herbs- to taste
Chili flakes-to taste
Butter-1 tbsp
Preparation
- Take a pan, heat butter, to this add onion and saute until translucent.
- Add red bell pepper and tomato and cook until soft.
- Remove from the pan, allow it to cool for few mins and blend into smooth paste.
- In the same pan add the above paste and milk. Bring to boil. Add cream and cheese spread and mix well.
- Add salt, Italian herbs and chili flakes. Finally add boiled penne into sauce and give a good mix.
- Serve immediately. Enjoy the creamy and yummy pasta.
