Minty cheese sweet corn sandwich



Ingredients
3 slices of whole wheat bread
Cheese spread
1/4 cup boiled sweet corn
¼ cup chopped cabbage
1 tbsp butter

For mint chutney
½ cup mint
½ cup coriander leaves
3 green chilies
Salt as per taste

Preparation:
  • Make mint chutney by grinding mint, coriander leaves and green chilies.
  • Take 1st slice of  bread  spread butter on the lower side of the bread and on the upper side spread cheese ,mint chutney and place boiled sweet corn.
  • Above the 1st slice place the 2nd slice of bread and place the chopped cabbage.
  • Place the 3rd slice  smear cheese and mint chutney on the lower side and the upper side with butter.
  • Place the prepared sandwich in the preheated sandwich maker and cook until done.
  • Serve with garlic mayonnaise and tomato ketchup
