Nippat masala chaat



Ingredients

Nippat /Thattai- 4
Chopped onion - 1/3rd cup
Chopped tomato-1/3rd cup
Roasted spicy peanuts- 3 tbsp
Chopped coriander leaves- 2 tbsp
Mint chutney- 1-2 tbsp
Tamarind chutney- 1-tbsp
Tomato ketchup- 2 tbsp
Grated carrot- 2 tbsp (optional)
Sev- 2tbps

Preparation

  • Crush the nippattu into bite size pieces. Take onion, tomato, carrot and coriander leaves in a bowl and mix well.
  • Above the nippattu drizzle mint chutney, tamarind chutney  and tomato ketchup. 
  • Spread the onion and tomato mixture above the nippat, top this with peanuts and sev. Mix everything well and serve.
