Sev puri sandwich



Ingredients

Brown bread- 3 slice
Mint cutney- 2-3 tbs
Chopped onion- 2 tbsp
Chopped capsicum (Bell Pepper)-2tbsp
Chopped tomato- 1tsb
Grated cheese- 2tbsp
Sev- 3tbsp
Chaat masala- 1/2 tsp
Dates Tamarind chutney-1/2 tsp



Preparation

  • Take  2 slice of bread, spread the mint chutney, tamarind chutney. Now lay the veggies (onion, capsicum and tomato).
  • Above this sprinkle cheese, sev and chaat masala.
  • Lay one slice above the other and finally top it with plain bread and grill it. Serve hot along with tomato sauce.
