Ingredients
Burger bun- 2
Nippat ( Rice crackers)-2
Chopped onion- 1/4th cup
Chopped carrot- 2 tbsp
Copped coriander leaves- 1 tbsp
Spicy peanuts- 2 tbsp
Sev- 3 tbsp
Mint green chutney- 2 tbsp
Tamarind chutney- 1 tbsp
Grated cheese (optional)- 3 tbsp
Butter - 1 tbsp ( optional)
Preparation
- Slit the bun in two halves horizontally , spread butter and slightly toast them on hot griddle.
- Spread green chutney on one side of the bun and tamarind chutney on the other side.
- Place one nippat on the bun (where green chutney was smeared) above that lay the chopped carrot, onion, sev, spicy peanuts coriander leaves and grated cheese.
- Finally cover with other part of the bun and serve.
