Ingredients
Basil-2.5 cups
Olive oil- 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp
Roasted almonds-1/2 cup
Garlic cloves- 2
Processed cheese slice-2
Salt and Pepper- to taste
Lemon juice- 2 tbsp
Preparation
- Put all the ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
- Transfer it into clean and sterile glass jar.
- Spread 1 tbsp olive oil above the pesto and store in refrigerator.
- You can use this to make pesto pasta, as a spread for sandwich, dosa and use for salad dressing.
