Ingredients
Ragi huri hittu flour- 1 cup
Water- 4 cups
Grated chocolate-3/4th cup
Ghee 1/4th cup
Nuts and grated dry coconut to garnish
Sugar-1 cup
Preparation
- Take a bowl mix water and ragi flour without any lumps.
- Pour this mixture into a kadai, add ghee and bring to boil, keep stirring to avoid lumps formation.
- Add grated chocolate and cook on low flame until you get halwa consistency.
- Pour this into bowl garnish with grated coconut and nuts or you could also pour into greased tray.Allow it to cool and cut into desired shapes and serve.
