Alfredo Fettuccine
Ingredients

2.5 cups cooked fettuccine

1 tbs butter

Milk- 1/2 cup

1 cup of  Ragu roasted garlic Parmesan sauce

Pepper powder- 1/4th tsp

Finely chopped garlic 1 tsp

Salt as per taste

Chopped parsley and basil to garnish



Preparation

  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add fettuccine and cook for 8 to 10 minutes until done.
  •  In a large pan, melt butter. Add salt, pepper and garlic. Stir in Ragu sauce and milk over medium heat and cook until sauce thickens.
  • Add fettuccine to sauce. Use enough of the fettuccine so that all of the sauce is used and the pasta is thoroughly coated. 
  • Garnish with parsley and basil and serve immediately
