Chatpata cabbage paratha



Ingredients
To make dough:
2.5 cups wheat flour
Salt to taste
2 tbs oil
½ tsp  chaat masala (optional)
Water 
Finely chopped carrot and cabbage

To grind:
Handful  of coriander leaves
1 inch ginger
4 green chilies

Preparation:
  • Take chopped cabbage and carrot in a bowl, to this add the ground masala and mix thoroughly.
  • Now add wheat flour, salt, chaat masala mix and add required amount of water to make dough and knead it well and  place it in the bowl.
  • Smear oil over the dough so that it won’t dry out and rest the dough for 30 mins.
  • Pinch off the small ball sized dough and flatten it using rolling pin.
  • Cook the paratha on the hot tawa( Griddle)  on both sides with oil. Serve hot with ghee.
