Mast masala noodles


Ingredients

2 cups of cooked noodles
1/4th cup boiled peas
1/4th cup chopped carrot and bell pepper
1 small onion chopped
2 medium sized tomato chopped
Few curry leaves
Pinch of turmeric
1/2 tsp pav bhaji masala
1/4th tsp mustard seeds
Chopped coriander leaves
2 tbs oil
Salt as per taste


Preparation 

  • Heat oil in a pan; add mustard seeds, once it starts to splutter throw in curry leaves and turmeric.
  • Toss in onion, carrot and bell pepper and cook well. 
  • Add chopped tomatoes cook until soft, followed by boiled peas, pav bahaji masala, salt, cooked noodles stir well and cook for few minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve while hot.
