Easy breezy rasmalai |
Ingredients
Canned rasgullas- 20 medium sized
Full cream milk-500 ml
Condensed milk- 200gms
Milk powder- 4 tbs
Saffron strands- 0.5 gms
Chopped pistachio-1/4th cup
Preparation
- Take a thick bottom vessel and boil milk ,add milk powder and condensed milk and keep stirring and continuously for 10-15 minutes till they have blend smoothly.
- Add saffron strands and pistachio and stir well. switch off the flame once the milk thickens.
- Take out rasgullas from the can and gently squeeze and flatten them by pressing in your hands, make sure all the sugar syrup comes out of the rasgullas.
- Add the squeezed rasgullas to the thickened milk, and refrigerate for at least one hour. Serve the chilled rasgullas and enjoy the taste
