Ingredients
Cooked basmati rice- 3 cups
Slit green chilies-2
Shredded cabbage- 3/4th cup
Thinly sliced bell pepper-1/2 cup
Thinly sliced carrot-1/2 cup
Diagonally cut Beans - 1/4th cup
Spring onion-1/2th cup
Ginger-garlic paste-1 tbsp
Pepper powder to taste
Soy sauce- 1-2 tbsp
Chili sauce-1 tsp or to taste
Salt- to taste
Tomato sauce-1 tbsp or to taste
oil- 3 tbsp
Preparation
- Heat oil in a wok, add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute. Add in slit green chilies and carrot, saute for few minutes. Add in rest of the veggies and cook until done.
- Add the required amount of soy, chili and tomato sauce and mix well with cooked veggies.
- Finally add in pepper powder, salt ,rice and mix well .Garnish with spring onion. Tastes good when served hot.
